· 国家路易斯大学支持Transfer F1（转学F1）和Initial F1（初始F1）学生从第一天起使用CPT。
· 学生每学期需注册课程方可使用CPT。
· 每次CPT获批的有效期为一年，到期后可顺利续签。如有更换工作岗位或雇主，需向学校报告并重新申请。
· 如果学生未按要求参加线下课程、未提交作业或在考试中作弊，CPT资格将被取消，严重者将面临开除处分。
· 学生必须保持3.0或以上的GPA，否则将影响今后的CPT申请。
· 以混合授课形式（Hybrid Format）入学的学生每学期需修读两门3学分课程。
· 其中一门课程为全在线课程，另一门课程则要求到校上课。
· 每学期学生需参加一次为期三天（周五、周六、周日）的线下周末课程，通常安排在学期初。
· 全年共需参加三次线下周末课程。
· 不得早退或缺席。

申请DBA项目需至少具备3年全职管理或专业工作经验。
学位证书与成绩单
上传所有大学成绩单，即使未获得学位也需提交。
在美国获得学位的成绩单必须显示授予学位或毕业日期。
申请商业数据分析硕士需拥有来自认证机构的本科学位，GPA不低于3.0。
申请DBA项目需拥有商业或相关领域的硕士学位，GPA不低于3.0。
如未在美国获得学位，则需通过ECE、WES或Educational Perspectives进行成绩单认证。
两封当前推荐信
上传两封来自专业或学术机构的当前推荐信。
不接受家庭成员提供的推荐信。推荐信必须注明日期并签字。
英语能力证明
上传官方考试成绩。
TOEFL 80分（IBT）；IELTS总分6.5，单项不低于6.0；PTE 54分；Duolingo 105分。
如您曾在美国学习或工作，则无需提交语言成绩。
护照
已在美国境内者还需提交签证页、最近的I-20和I-94复印件。
银行对账单
需提供金额为$32,000（MS BDA）或$24,000（DBA）的银行资金证明。
也可提交贷款证明或附有签字和日期的担保信的担保人银行对账单。
如有家属陪读，还需额外提供资金证明（配偶$5,000，子女每人$3,000）。
申请截止日期
如果您已持有效签证在美国境内，申请截止日期为项目开始前2周。
如您在美国境外，申请截止日期为项目开始前2个月。
如课程已满，学校有权随时停止接受申请。
